“Christy Mathewson” (Eddie Frierson) throws out the first pitch for the Texas Rangers vs. San Francisco Giants game at 3COM Park!

 

June 28, 1998

(2PM) – San Francisco (one night only) in conjunction with the Society of American Baseball Research (SABR) National Convention. A rare “free” performance at the San Francisco Airport Marriott.

 

July 3-4, 1998

Return Engagement to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY (July 3rd performance is a 3PM matinee with a free fireworks display over Lake Oswego afterward at sundown!).  The performance July 4 will begin at 7PM — E-mail John Ralph at National Baseball Hall of Fame or call John Ralph at the Hall of Fame (607)547-0287 for reservations and/or more information.

 

July 11, 1998

Performance in Saranac Lake, NY to benefit the non-profit “Historic Saranac Lake.”  This was a very special show as Mathewson passed away in Saranac Lake on October 7, 1925. The venue was Harrietstown Town Hall, 30 Main Street, Saranac Lake, NY 12983.
